Gettysburg's was the most famous battle of the civil war. It took place on September 17, 1862, at Antietam Creek near Sharpsburg, Maryland. There was about 85,000 men that took place in the battle of Gettysburg's. 51,000 men died. It ended in a union victory after they invaded the north and bringing it to an end.
